Mobile Device Repair Technician

Join Likewize as a Mobile Device Repair Technician in Vaughan, Ontario. This role combines warehouse operations with hands-on mobile device repairs at customer sites and ensures excellent service delivery.

You will work from Likewize's distribution center and on the road in our mobile repair vans, performing diagnoses and repairs on-site. The position also involves supporting daily warehouse operations, from inventory management to device processing, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair customer devices

• Manage complete repair process with accurate documentation

• Support daily warehouse operations and inventory management

• Coordinate repair bookings and inventory for efficiency

• Engage with customers to enhance service experience

Requirements:

• Understanding of electronics and eagerness to learn

• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset

• Ability to work independently and as a team

• G/A Class 5 driver’s license with clean record

• Experience in mobile device repair and troubleshooting
