Position: Lead Hand Electrical Mechanic Role
Join a leading team in the green economy as a Lead Hand, specializing in electrical mechanics. This hands-on position requires expertise in maintenance, repair, and testing operations at our physical location.

As a Lead Hand in Electrical Mechanics, you will bring 2-3 years of experience and be responsible for vital tasks such as troubleshooting electric motors and transformers, instructing apprentices, and testing electrical apparatus. You must possess an Electrical Mechanic Trade Certification and demonstrate strong supervisory skills in a physically demanding work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints to determine work requirements

• Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical equipment

• Instruct and mentor apprentices as needed

• Fabricate or recondition parts using machining tools

• Test motors and transformers to ensure performance

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant electrical experience

• Electrical Mechanic Trade Certification

• Ability to handle heavy loads and perform physical tasks

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Basic security clearance and own vehicle required
