Position: Reliable Handy worker
Bridgepoint Maintenance seeks a skilled Handy worker in Vaughan, Ontario, for residential assessments and maintenance. Sustain high standards of service while working remotely and onsite as needed.

This contract role is focused on reliable property maintenance and repair tasks. As a Handy worker, you will carry out inspections, perform general repairs, and document your work with photos and videos. Local applicants only, as some in-person meetings and training may occur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend residential properties for assessments and maintenance

• Inspect property conditions and record needed repairs

• Install lockboxes and confirm access details

• Take photos and videos of repair issues

• Complete general maintenance and repairs as needed

Requirements:

• Experience as a Handy worker or similar role

• Strong knowledge of residential repairs

• Reliable transportation and necessary tools

• iPhone 13 or equivalent for documentation

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
