Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and guide a team of HD Mechanics

• Diagnose and repair heavy equipment and trucks

• Manage routine maintenance and repair workflows

• Conduct rigorous inspections of completed repairs

• Uphold safety practices and enforce cleanliness in the shop

Requirements:

• Valid 421A Heavy Duty Mechanic certification

• Class G driver’s license required

• 5+ years of experience in heavy duty mechanics

• Strong understanding of construction equipment diagnostics

• Proven experience leading and mentoring team members
