, a growing leader in pallet manufacturing, as a Maintenance Mechanic.
As a Maintenance Mechanic at Woodbridge Pallet, you'll play a key role in keeping our production equipment running safely and efficiently. From performing routine maintenance to troubleshooting and repairing machinery, your hands‑on expertise will help minimize downtime and support a smooth manufacturing process in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
What You'll Do- Maintain saws, nailing machines, conveyors & more
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic & basic electrical issues
- Weld & fabricate for equipment repairs/mods
- Service forklifts & material handling gear
- Perform building repairs & support installations
- Follow all safety procedures including LOTO
- Keep accurate maintenance records & manage spare parts inventory
- 3 plus year's experience in manufacturing, sawmills, or pallet/wood processing preferred. Forklift License an asset.
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Physically fit for a dusty, fast‑paced setting
- Team player with strong problem‑solving skills
- Flexible schedule and available for afternoon shifts + emergency repairs
- $24-$26/hour + overtime-depending on experience
- 44 hours/week | Mon-Fri, afternoon shifts with occasional weekends
