Position: Service Technician for Windows & Doors

In this field-based role, you will respond to service requests, conduct re-measures, and troubleshoot concerns for clients in residential markets. Strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and customer interaction are vital for success. You will be working collaboratively with Service Managers, Coordinators, and Production to complete every job efficiently and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to assigned service tickets with prompt diagnostics

• Document findings and re-measures accurately

• Build positive client relationships through effective communication

• Perform installations for smaller jobs adhering to safety standards

• Prepare detailed service reports and coordinate with the Order Desk

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in window and door installation

• Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills

• Valid Ontario G Class Driver's Licence

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
