Position: Maintenance Electrician for Production Equipment

In this role, you will focus on compliance and management of maintenance activities. You'll directly lead a team in performing preventive and reactive maintenance on all production equipment. Contribute to a culture of safety while engaging in Continuous Improvement efforts that promote efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and repairs on production machinery

• Collaborate with maintenance staff on workflow and planning

• Implement new maintenance strategies and document outcomes

• Train team members on safety and best practices

• Assist in emergency repairs and root cause analysis

Requirements:

• Valid Industrial/Maintenance Electrician 442A or 309A

• Experience with factory automation and machinery

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills

• Open to flexible shift work as needed

• Commitment to safety standards and practices
