Position: Building Systems Operator Role at CBRE

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance interventions

• Conduct inspections of mechanical and electrical equipment

• Provide safety training and mentoring for staff

• Address emergency situations effectively

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records

Requirements:

• Completion of BES I Certificate or equivalent

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems

• Ability to interpret technical drawings

• Strong verbal and written communication in English
