Property Maintenance Repairs Supervisor

Supervise property maintenance delivery in North and East London through leadership, compliance knowledge, and regular quality inspections. The position is permanent and full-time.

This experienced Repairs Supervisor role focuses on responsive repairs and maintenance across social housing. You will lead operatives and subcontractors, oversee daily performance, and ensure work meets safety, budget, efficiency, and quality requirements. Strong organisation and communication are central to the role.

• Oversee daily repairs and maintenance operations
• Ensure work stays on time and within budget
• Complete regular site inspections and risk assessments
• Deliver toolbox talks and monitor workmanship
• Coordinate planners, clients, and administrators efficiently

• Experience supervising repairs or working as a Senior Operative
• Property maintenance or social housing experience
• Strong multi-trade technical knowledge
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
• IT proficiency and full UK driving licence
