Role DescriptionWe are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager OOH to grow distribution and visibility within the Petrol and Convenience channel. In this role, you will manage key customer relationships, drive sales growth, coordinate retail activations, and expand product presence across service stations and convenience locations. You will work closely with customers at headquarters level while ensuring strong execution in the field to support strategic growth within the Out-of-Home channel.
Responsibilities- Drive distribution growth across existing Petrol and Convenience customers both quantitatively and qualitatively
- Identify and close distribution gaps within Petrol “white spot” locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders at headquarters level
- Develop and optimize customer activations, promotions, and visibility plans
- Coordinate and implement FSM incentives, displays, and hardware shelving initiatives
- Lead strategic Multiple Convenience and Transaction Zone projects within the OOH channel
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for commercial growth
- Ensure strong execution and follow-up of agreed commercial activities
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support channel development and business objectives
- Manage client visits, negotiations, and relationship-building activities in a proactive and professional manner
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales, key account management, or retail
- Preferably experienced within the OOH, FMCG, Convenience, or Petrol channels
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive growth and build customer relationships
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High energy level with a positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with a hands-on mentality
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic commercial environment
