Bij BAS Group leiden we je stap voor stap op tot volwaardig trailermonteur. Geen technische opleiding of ervaring nodig; vanaf dag één werk je in de werkplaats tussen ervaren monteurs die je alle kneepjes van het vak leren.
Je bouwt vaardigheden op via trainingen bij BAS Academy en groeit door naar zelfstandigheid. Je ontvangt een vast leertraject en ruime ruimte om in je eigen tempo door te groeien, met een marktconforme instapstartsalaris en goede arbeidsvoorwaarden.
