Project Manager ASML

Do you want to drive strategic change as a Project Manager at ASML? Within Randstad Professional, you will lead challenging, sector-wide projects with impact in a high-tech environment where innovation leads the way.

In this role, you manage diverse projects and work streams with timelines up to 12 months and team sizes up to 5 FTE. You operate on a tactical and operational level, guiding complex transformations across departments and aligning stakeholders at all levels.

Your key responsibilities:

• Define project scope, agree on deliverables, and manage project objectives.
• Analyze business needs and translate these into concrete improvement solutions and roadmaps.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the project team to maximize performance and continuous development.
• Manage capacity and resources, including creating accurate financial forecasts and variance analyses.
• Proactively identify and manage cross-sector project risks and establish effective recovery plans.

You are successful if:

• You have proven work experience leading projects within complex organizations.
• You have experience with project management methodologies, risk analysis, and reporting tools.
• You have experience managing and advising stakeholders on an operational and tactical level.
• You have experience setting up project budgets, capacity planning, and cost management.
