Home Health Scheduler

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and dedicated (Part Time- could go to Full Time) Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating care services and supporting daily operations across multiple locations.

• Schedule and coordinate home health staff assignments efficiently
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, and office team members
• Manage last‑minute changes and ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation

• Must be comfortable receiving after‑hours calls and text messages from the owner and team
• Must be willing to commute between our Venice and Sarasota offices as needed
• Must be available to be on‑call during weekends (On‑Call weekend pay will be discussed at interview)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Must have High School diploma / some college or trade school knowledge

• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
• Prior scheduling or healthcare experience preferred.
