Project Scheduler

We’re looking for a Construction Scheduler to support the planning and execution of high-end custom residential projects. This role is critical in driving project timelines, identifying scheduling risks early, and keeping field and leadership teams aligned throughout the build process.

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules in Primavera P6
• Build and manage project timelines from preconstruction through closeout
• Identify and monitor critical path activities and proactively communicate schedule impacts
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and leadership teams to ensure schedule alignment
• Track project progress and provide regular schedule updates/reporting
• Analyze delays, sequencing conflicts, and recovery strategies
• Assist with manpower forecasting and long-lead procurement scheduling
• Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling insight/recommendations
• Maintain baseline schedules and document schedule revisions

• 3+ years of scheduling experience within construction
• Experience working on custom homes, luxury residential, or high-end residential projects preferred
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
• Solid understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously

• Experience supporting projects from preconstruction through completion
• Knowledge of residential construction sequencing and scheduling constraints
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced builder environment
