Job Overview

Concierge position at Elison Assisted Living of Bella Vita located at 1420 East Venice Ave. Part‑time (weekends 2:30 pm–9 pm).

Responsibilities
  • Oversee front desk and greet residents and visitors in person and over the phone.
  • Manage reception area and telephone/mail communications to maintain a professional image.
  • Answer direct calls and take messages.
  • Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
  • Assist teammates at the front desk as needed.
  • Perform security rounds around the community.
  • Provide accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Respond to emergency boards as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Minimum 6 months related experience (preferred).
  • Strong multitasking, time‑management, customer service and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; effective with residents, families, and team members.
