Description:We are actively seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our growing team in Venice, FL.

General Dentistry practice delivering bread and butter dentistry, including implant placement, to mostly adult patients.

Our mission is to create value for our partner practices through operational excellence, centralized support, and growth-driven strategy.

Our platform enables dentists and practice owners to focus on patient care while we handle the complex administrative, financial, and operational functions that drive long-term success.

$250k - $350k estimate. 90-day daily guarantee, then 30% up to 32% of net collections.

We are currently expanding our footprint, with the office set to grow from 11 to 15 operatories, and our newly renovated space is expected to open in February. This is a well-established practice that has been serving the Venice community for over 25 years.

Practice Highlights:

• High-volume PPO practice averaging over 130 new patients per month
• Strong existing patient base, with approximately 65% over the age of 60
• Growing younger demographic due to high new patient flow
• Currently staffed with 3 general dentists and a part-time endodontist (2 days/week)
• 3 Trios scanners in use, converting to Denticon in 2026
