Education Specialist

Job Summary

The Education Specialist demonstrates knowledge and skills related to utilizing principles of adult learning to design and implement learning activities. The Education Specialist is also responsible for working in conjunction with the management team, to identify and prioritize learning needs, develop, and implement plans to address needs, and evaluate outcomes of interventions.

The Education Specialist demonstrates knowledge and skills related to utilizing principles of adult learning to design and implement learning activities. The Education Specialist is also responsible for working in conjunction with the management team, to identify and prioritize learning needs, develop, and implement plans to address needs, and evaluate outcomes of interventions.

• Require a bachelor's degree in nursing, adult education, or another appropriate field. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Require three (3) years of related experience or a master's degree and one (1) year of experience.

• Prefer recent teaching experience with adult learners (in the past 3 years).
• Prefer expertise and skills in clinical, computer, adult education, or another related field.
