Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Services Specialist to build relationships with PRO customers in our store and help grow PRO business. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and supports PRO priorities in collaboration with store teams.
You will execute the PRO Services Blueprint, assist the PRO desk in-store with calls, orders, follow-up, and escalations, and train staff on selling processes and benefits of PRO Premier Rewards and PRO App. Travel up to 20% may be required.
