Jimco Maintenance, Inc., a leading provider of maintenance and repair services across the Southeast, is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a critical role that will support our financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our financial records. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Manage the day-to-day financial transactions
• Maintain accurate ledgers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Proficient in accounting software (Quick Books, Xero, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the maintenance or service industry is a plus

• Starting pay of $1000 per week is based on completing scheduled service locations per week
