This is an on-site contract role for a Vascular Sonographer located in Venice, FL. The Vascular Sonographer will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations with a focus on vascular imaging, assess patient needs, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate imaging interpretations. The role includes maintaining equipment, ensuring patient safety, and documenting comprehensive reports on findings.
Qualifications- ARDMS certification or eligibility for certification is required
- Strong knowledge and experience in Vascular and Cardiology-related sonography
- Proficient understanding of abdominal sonographic techniques
- Familiarity with medical protocols and patient-care best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and care teams
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
- Previous clinical experience in vascular and general ultrasound procedures is a plus
