Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Medical Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cardiology/primary care practice. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient clinic operations, support clinical staff, enhance patient satisfaction, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the medical practice and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage administrative and clinical support staff, including scheduling and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
- Coordinate with physicians and clinical teams to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.
- Supervise patient scheduling, billing processes, and revenue cycle management.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and practice performance metrics.
- Address patient concerns and improve overall patient experience.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, insurers, and healthcare partners.
- Previous experience in medical practice management or healthcare administration.
- Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and insurance processes.
- Experience managing healthcare staff and clinical operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.
- Experience in cardiology or specialty medical practices.
- Familiarity with ( EMR) systems.
- Strong financial and operational management skills.
