We are seeking an experienced Medical Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cardiology/primary care practice. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient clinic operations, support clinical staff, enhance patient satisfaction, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Oversee the daily operations of the medical practice and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage administrative and clinical support staff, including scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
• Coordinate with physicians and clinical teams to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Supervise patient scheduling, billing processes, and revenue cycle management.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and practice performance metrics.
• Address patient concerns and improve overall patient experience.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, insurers, and healthcare partners.

• Previous experience in medical practice management or healthcare administration.
• Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and insurance processes.
• Experience managing healthcare staff and clinical operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.

• Experience in cardiology or specialty medical practices.
• Familiarity with ( EMR) systems.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
