Teaching Hearts at Home is seeking a Home Care Manager / Alternate Administrator to help lead and grow our home care operations. This leadership role oversees caregivers, scheduling, compliance, and client care while supporting the continued growth of our agency.

Compensation$50,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations- Oversee the daily operations of the home care office with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Supervise caregivers, manage scheduling, and coordinate client services.
- Support and lead an office team focused on excellent care and client satisfaction.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and retaining caregivers.
- Participate in the on‑call rotation to ensure continuous client support.
- Ensure compliance with Florida state home care regulations and agency policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and oversee EVV compliance and quality assurance.
- Monitor performance and help improve operations through reporting and key metrics.
- Help build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
- Support outreach efforts to grow the agency and expand services in the community.

Qualifications- Leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related service industry.
- Experience managing caregivers, scheduling systems, and client care coordination.
- Knowledge of home care regulations, compliance, and EVV systems preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
