Creative Caregivers of Florida is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/Companion to provide non-medical support in clients' homes, following an established Plan of Care and focusing on safety, dignity and companionship.
You will assist with ADLs, light housekeeping, meals, mobility transfers, and transport to appointments while maintaining accurate care records and communicating clearly with families. A Level II background check is required and a valid driver’s license is preferred.
