The Legacy of Venice in Venice, FL is hiring a Resident Care Assistant for night shifts (11pm–7am), including every other weekend. The RCA will provide physical and psychosocial care to residents, promoting dignity and individual choice under the supervision of the Wellness Director.
This role emphasizes teamwork, safe transfer techniques, daily living assistance, personal hygiene, mobility support, and timely reporting of health changes.
