Max Health is looking to hire a full‑time Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to oversee patient care, prepare patient rooms, assist physicians with exams, and perform front desk tasks. The candidate will perform a wide range of medical office tasks in front/back office.

Starting Salary: $20.00 an hour

Must have a strong background in Phlebotomy. Will be doing mainly phlebotomy duties.

As a Medical Assistant, you are directly involved in ensuring that we deliver focused and empathetic patient care at all times. You greet patients warmly and triage them upon arrival, prepare examination and procedure rooms, obtain histories, vital signs, weight/height measurements. You perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and procedures and managing pre‑authorizations, medical records, and test results. You assist with examinations, procedures and treatments while maintaining a calming presence.

• 1+ years of experience as an MA
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy (experience using EMR/EHR)
• Computer proficient
• Previous experience with medical records
