Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist – Venice, FL $20–$23 per hour | Monday–Friday | No nights or weekends!

Nextaff is hiring an experienced Medical Assistant & Phlebotomist to support our client's busy Primary Care practice in Venice and North Port, FL. You’ll work directly with patients each day, greeting & rooming patients, performing blood draws, updating medical histories and other patient info in the EMR system, and other patient support tasks.

This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity with a Monday-Friday schedule (no nights or weekends). You will spend 4 days in the Venice office and one day in the North Port office each week.

• Up to $23/hour (based on experience)
• Monday–Friday schedule

• 1+ year of experience as a Medical Assistant with strong phlebotomy skills and experience
• EHR experience (eClinicalWorks a plus!)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma (or equivalent), background & drug screening required
