Tidewell Hospice, part of Empath Health, seeks a Master’s-level Social Worker (MSW) to work PRN, providing assessment, counseling, and support for participants and families. As a key member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), you will help create care plans, connect participants with community resources, and ensure dignity and quality of life.
Our PRN shifts are 8 hours per day and available Mon-Fri. Must have at least one year of healthcare social work experience and Florida license
