Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate PRN Home Health SLP to work with our Home Health team to deliver individualized care to patients in their homes in Venice, FL and surrounding area. It is very flexible - you choose when and where you want to work!
Schedule:
PRN; 5-10+ home health visits per week.
Part-time opportunities may also be available.
What you’ll Do:
Perform initial and ongoing assessments, develop care plans with the physician, educate patients
