Millennium Physician Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health Team in Sarasota County on a PRN basis. You will evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide interventions to promote independence in patients' homes.
You will educate patients and families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation. Hours vary weekly based on staffing needs and patient volume.
