Location: South Venice
TLC Home Care is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one in-home care following an individualized plan. You will support daily living activities, companionship, and monitor clients’ comfort and safety with professionalism and empathy.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow care plans, maintain client dignity, and communicate effectively with families and supervisors. Prior HHA or hospice background is a plus.
