As a Medical Assistant you'll play a pivotal role in our multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless patient experiences and supporting our providers in delivering top-tier care. This multifaceted role offers the opportunity to work closely with diverse providers and staff, ensuring every day is dynamic and rewarding.

• Escort patients to appropriate treatment rooms and ensuring their comfort.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Ability to determine the order of patients being seen in an integrated schedule.
• Patients are all scheduled to arrive at the same time and will all see each of the 3 providers.
• It is up to the Medical Assistant to decide which patient will see which provider in order to make sure neither the provider or patient spends time waiting to be seen.
• Preparing and sanitizing treatment rooms before and after patient visits.
• Assisting providers with documentation, including accurate SOAP notes.
• Supporting rehab staff with patient care and facilitating smooth patient flow between in-office treatments.
• Assisting with advanced procedures, including IV therapies, joint and spinal injections, and regenerative esthetic procedures.
• Collaborating with front office staff on charting, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
• Contributing to initial and re-evaluation examinations to support comprehensive patient care.
