Position: Patient Care Specialist-2
Job Description Summary Coordinates standard front office, scheduling, patient communication, and documentation activities that support efficient care center operations. Applies working knowledge of clinical support workflows to resolve routine patient access questions, update records, manage appointment activity, and support accurate information flow between patients, providers, and staff.

Patient Care Specialist II handles standard operational processes under moderate supervision, applying working knowledge to tasks that occasionally require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. Decisions are procedure-driven and have direct impact on team output. This job communicates information that may require explanation, and achieves results within defined oversight.

How will you make an impact & Requirements

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate patient scheduling, registration, visit preparation, and follow-up activities across assigned care center workflows.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance information, referral details, and required documentation prior to or during visits.
• Respond to patient calls, messages, and front desk inquiries, providing accurate information within established guidelines.
• Identify scheduling gaps, missing documentation, or incomplete patient information and take appropriate steps to resolve routine issues.
• Route clinical messages, refill requests, forms, and care-related inquiries to the appropriate care team members.
• Maintain accurate records in electronic medical record, scheduling, and patient communication systems.
• Support daily front office workflow by prioritizing routine tasks, coordinating with clinical staff, and escalating issues when needed.

Compensation Range:$18.00to $27.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
