Ajax Paving Industries of Florida, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Director to oversee HR functions for a workforce of over 600 employees across multiple locations. The HR Director will partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and ensure scalable, compliant, and impactful HR practices.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a construction or similar field-based industry. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is required.
