We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload of business and commercial disputes, provide strategic legal counsel, and represent clients through all phases of litigation, including trial and alternative dispute resolution.

• Handle commercial litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Manage discovery, depositions, and witness preparation
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Develop litigation strategies and case plans
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively
• Maintain strong client communication and provide timely updates
• Collaborate with partners and legal support staff

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Florida
• 3–8+ years of commercial litigation experience (preferred, adjustable)
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Trial or courtroom experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
• Excellent negotiation and client management skills
