Pest Control Technician

We are currently seeking a Full‑Time Pest Control Technician. We provide proper training to help technicians reach the highest industry standards, offer newer model vehicles with state‑of‑the‑art equipment, and use the easiest software on the market. • Arrive with an eager and motivated attitude to help inform and ease customer concerns.
• Meet with customers and interact with them to produce an enjoyable experience.
• Inspect and diagnose pest related issues, relaying findings to the customer in an easing and comforting manner.
• Listen to customers’ needs and concerns and adapt accordingly.
• Educate customers on pest findings and elimination techniques, offering IPM (integrated pest management) solutions.
• Treat the areas of the house with proper IPM techniques (interiors, exteriors, porches, and pool screens), ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Prepare proper service notifications for customers, relaying concerns back to the office in detailed notes via in‑house software on a company‑provided cell phone.
• Follow a pre‑arranged schedule set by the office and complete jobs in a timely manner while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Attend company meetings, training sessions, and stay up to date with industry trends and new technology.
• Handle company equipment with respect and maintain cleanliness and maintenance.
• Be personable and enjoy interacting with customers.

• Hourly pay plus opportunity for commissions and bonuses for total compensation.
• No route production‑based pay.
• Paid holidays and vacation time.

• Company vehicle – newer or brand new (you do not drive the vehicle home).
• Company supplied cell phone.

• Company does not require technicians to create routes or schedules.

• Pay: $50,000 – $70,000 per year.
• Hourly pay with bonus and commission opportunities.
• 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday, no nights, weekends as needed.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass a pre‑employment criminal background check.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Possess and maintain a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week in a drug‑free workplace.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the office daily.
• Prior experience in pest control is preferred but not required.
