The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of a facility and all its needs. Skilled in a variety of areas including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Duties may include inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems for any issues maintaining inventory, and scheduling repairs. Schedule repairs for faulty equipment or damaged structures and perform general maintenance of the facility and grounds. Furthermore, they provide efficient operation and upkeep of the property building and grounds in a supportive role.

• HS Diploma or equivalent
