MARKETPLACE GROWTH MANAGER Onsite / Hybrid / Remote – Depending on Location

Established in 1998, Enzymedica produces cutting‑edge enzyme formulas that provide targeted support for digestive issues, food intolerances, cardiovascular issues, proper immune function, and a healthy inflammatory process. We are seeking a Marketplace Growth Manager to drive revenue growth, optimize performance, and improve content and operational execution across Enzymedica’s marketplace channels. This includes Tik Tok Shop, retailer‑owned eCommerce websites (such as , , , and ), and international Amazon marketplaces, with an initial emphasis on the EU and Canada.

REQUIRED/DESIRED

SKILLS &

EDUCATION:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing Amazon and/or  marketplaces in seller, vendor, or hybrid structures.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing Tik Tok Shop or Tik Tok eCommerce programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • Experience with in the natural products industry and/or CPG background is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience driving measurable growth on Amazon, , and Tik Tok Shop marketplaces.
  • Knowledge of retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Tik Tok Ads Manager).
  • Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations, including catalog management, fulfillment workflows, forecasting alignment, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives involving marketing, creative, operations, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret marketplace data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present strategies and performance to multiple audiences.
  • Ability to identify root‑cause issues and develop resourceful solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and demonstrate strong organizational and time‑management skills while working in a fast‑paced environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties as required):
  • Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies that improve traffic, conversion, revenue, and profitability across Tik Tok Shop, retailer‑owned eCommerce sites, and international Amazon marketplaces.
  • Manage channel performance across varying account models, including Seller Central, hybrid structures, and authorized reseller environments.
  • Lead content and merchandising initiatives by coordinating internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure listings meet marketplace standards for accuracy, compliance, SEO, and conversion optimization.
  • Oversee content localization and adaptation of U.S. assets for Amazon EU, Amazon Canada, and future international markets.
  • Collaborate with Tik Tok creator management teams to ensure product availability, pricing alignment, promotions, and merchandising support marketplace sales initiatives.
  • Partner with supply chain, sales operations, and forecasting teams to support accurate inventory planning, demand forecasting, and order flow efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze marketplace KPIs, such as revenue, traffic, conversion rate, Buy Box %, inventory health, and media performance, and implement improvements based on insights.
  • Develop and manage promotional calendars, search optimization plans, retail media strategies, and category‑level merchandising initiatives.
