Job DescriptionMatrix Home Care is hiring SOC/Visit Nurses for Home Care in-home start assessments in the Venice, FL area. Visits include assessments, follow visits, infusions, labs and wound care visits.
RequirementsAt least 1 year of home health care experience.
Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
