• Assist physician in the care and teaching of patients.

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, master’s degree in nursing or post‑masters nurse practitioner certificate program.
• Current license/registration to practice in the state of Florida, prescriptive privileges or eligible to apply.
• Certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or the Oncology Nurses Certification Corporation (ONCC).
• BLS certified.
• Fluency in the English language with verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with physicians, employees, patients and families.
• Leadership skills to direct others toward objectives that contribute to the successful treatment of patients.
• Analytical skills to evaluate patients’ status, healthcare procedures and to monitor quality of patient care.
• Fiscal skills to monitor and control costs and revenue.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion while performing duties.
• Valid Florida driver’s license for travel to clinics.
• Clear driving record and appropriate levels of auto coverage.
• Valid motor vehicle driving record check will be conducted post offer of employment.
