Registered Nurse (RN) - PER DIEM

Advinia Care Venice seeks a compassionate and talented Registered Nurse to join our team and mission of continuously striving to provide quality nursing care. As an RN on our PER DIEM team, you will manage individualized patient care, promote and restore patients' health, and provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families while ensuring their safety and comfort.

• Take vital signs, perform assessments, and administer medications as ordered.
• Care for wounds, oversee patient treatment plans, and provide emotional support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.
• Ensure the safety and physical comfort of each patient.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN) from an accredited institution.
• Active applicable state licensure.
• American Heart Association issued BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Clean background check and drug screen.
• Preferred nursing experience.
• Requires stamina and physical strength.
• Infection control knowledge and medication administration skills.
