Sage Infusion is seeking a patient-focused Infusion Nurse Practitioner for a part-time role in Venice, Florida. The NP will oversee infusion therapy, monitor patients during treatment, educate on regimens, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires an Florida ARNP license, IV/infusion experience, and ability to work in a retail infusion setting. BLS is mandatory; ACLS is preferred. Flexible hours and patient-centered care are emphasized.
