Mission:
Thrift is a non‑profit thrift store, our goal is to take the generous donations of folks in our community and raise funds for organizations working with at risk children. These organizations provide housing, food, clothes, tutoring, mentoring, and other valuable resources to at risk children in our communities. Providing funding for these organizations allows them to focus their resources on what matters most: children.

We are seeking a Clothing Department Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for processing clothing donations, pricing products, and coordinating volunteers in a retail setting.

• Sort clothing donations in order to maintain high quality selection
• Price clothing according to store standards and local trends
• Monitor inventory on the floor to ensure each section is well stocked
• Coordinate jobs and activities for volunteers when available

• Previous experience in retail, clothing, or customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers and team members
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities
