As a representative of our esteemed brand, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that our clients have a positive and memorable experience with us.
The ideal candidate for this position is highly motivated to meet and exceed client‑based objectives, thriving in a commission‑driven environment. You will be responsible for promoting our brand and services, as well as achieving sales targets, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. While this is not a seasonal position, we are looking for individuals who are committed to long‑term success and growth within our organization.
- Recruit, interview, and hire motivated and enthusiastic employees.
- Train and develop a successful sales team.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees.
- Manage all aspects of daily store operations (Cleanliness, Inventory).
- Prepare staffing schedules to meet the needs of the salon.
- Successfully maintain inventory of product.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by the District Manager.
- Greeting clients and providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.
- Assess clients' skin types to determine the appropriate tanning equipment and lotion, thoroughly explaining the tanning process, including safety guidelines, and answering any questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized tanning area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order and supplies are well‑stocked.
- Upsell tanning lotions and other products to clients, providing recommendations based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, including tanning history and preferences, to ensure a personalized and consistent experience with each visit.
- Open and close the tanning salon on time.

$18.50 + uncapped commission and bonuses
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Self‑motivated to succeed in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Friendly, outgoing and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Teamplayer willing to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership qualities and conflict management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to stand, bend and work for long periods of time.
- Sales experience 12 years (preferred)
- Customer Service 12 years (preferred)
- Prior management experience (preferred)
