We’re looking for people who want a Sales Consultant role. In this position, you will bridge the gap between those who want to get healthier but aren’t sure how or where to start. You will help us find leads, set appointments, and guide prospects into a membership that fits their needs.

Our new Rockstar Sales Consultants manage a balance between generating new leads and following up on existing leads from a variety of sources, getting people in and making them healthy, happy, and members for life.

We offer hourly rate, commission, and bonus.

• Become the greatest ambassador & promoter of Workout Anytime, our brand, our clubs, and our services
• Greeting and checking in all members
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Setting up new memberships
• Selling personal training
• Conducting guest tours
• Assisting with the club’s daily maintenance
• Other tasks as assigned by management
• Create relationships inside and outside the gym
• Participate in or manage marketing events
• Follow up on your portioned incoming leads from web, renewal, and canceled lists

• Desired candidates will have some experience in the fitness industry or sales and are able to work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting.
• A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work weekends. Previous gym experience also preferred.
