In this position, you will help prospects understand membership options, set appointments, and guide them toward a suitable plan.

Our new Sales Consultants will manage lead generation and follow‑up, working to convert leads into long‑term members.

Hourly rate, commission, and bonus available.

• Act as an ambassador and promoter for Workout Anytime.
• Greet and check in members.
• Answer phones courteously and professionally.
• Set up new memberships and sell personal training.
• Conduct guest tours.
• Assist with daily club maintenance.
• Build relationships inside and outside the gym.
• Participate in or manage marketing events.
• Follow up on incoming leads from web, renewal, and cancellation lists.

• Some experience in the fitness industry or sales and ability to work in a cooperative gym setting.
• Flexible work schedule with weekend availability preferred; prior gym experience advantageous.
• Open to changes subject to role needs.

The role reports directly to the club's Sales Manager. The successful candidate will receive full training.

$13.00 – $20.00 per hour
