M/I Homes, Inc. is expanding its Southwest Florida division and seeks a motivated Sales Associate to assist the New Home Sales Consultant in capturing new home sales. You will participate in sales/marketing activities, perform monthly competitive analyses, and visit real estate offices to grow traffic.
Weekend and holiday work are required.
Minimum Education:
Florida Real Estate license. Strong communication, time management, and negotiation skills are essential.
