Maris Pointe Senior Living is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts and help prospective residents and families find their new home. We are currently offering a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for this key leadership position.

What You'll Do

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading all sales and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy, strengthen community awareness, and create an outstanding experience for prospective residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve and maintain occupancy goals.
  • Oversee daily sales and marketing operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Conduct community tours, presentations, and follow-up activities to convert leads into move-ins.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, local organizations, and community partners.
  • Plan and coordinate outreach events, networking opportunities, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create and distribute advertising materials, newsletters, public relations content, and promotional communications.
  • Coordinate media outreach, interviews, and press releases to enhance community visibility.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Manage and enhance the move-in process to ensure a seamless transition for residents and families.
  • Assist with departmental budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
Leadership Responsibilities

This position reports directly to the Executive Director and provides leadership, direction, and support to team members within the Sales Department.

Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive sales and marketing experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build referral relationships, and close sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, networking, and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.
  • Ability to travel locally for business development and outreach activities.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, climb stairs, and lift up to 15 pounds as needed throughout the workday.
