We are now seeking HVAC Residential Lead Installers.

• 3+ years of experience installing replacement systems and ductwork
• Piecework Pay – steady work $140,000 to $160,000 per year
• Company vehicle and uniforms
• Detail oriented, skilled with overall HVAC residential installs, start‑ups, duct work, and take pride in quality installs and accuracy as a signature of your work
• Skilled in delivering your work timely with a positive and encouraging presence to customers and co‑workers
• Good driver and have clean driving record to be insurable with our auto carrier insurance
• Possess a high level of communication skills when working with other team members, departments, and our valued customers
