Outdoor Lighting Tech​/Driver

We are looking for a motivated Lighting Installer Technician to join our Installation team at our Venice, FL office.

• Install low‑voltage outdoor lighting systems, including fixtures, transformers, and wiring, specifically for residential properties.
• Dig small trenches for wire burial and ensure all wiring is safely and discretely tucked away.
• Mount transformers and connect them to power sources; program timers and smart‑lighting controllers.
• Troubleshoot existing systems to identify and repair wire breaks, faulty bulbs, or fixture issues.
• Assist the Irrigation Team with the installation and repair of residential watering systems.
• Help with trenching, pipe fitting, and the replacement of sprinkler heads and valves.
• Support Irrigation Managers in testing zones and ensuring proper coverage for landscape health.
• Operate company vehicles safely to and from various residential job sites.
• Maintain an organized inventory of lighting and irrigation components on the truck.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are cleaned and maintained daily.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in low‑voltage lighting installation or a related field (landscaping/construction).
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical concepts (volts, watts, polarity).
• Must be able to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks such as digging, kneeling, and walking.
• Willingness to assist the irrigation department and work occasional evenings to adjust lighting aim and timers.
• Ability to interact professionally with residential clients and team members. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
