Pest Control Technician - Termite Hughes Exterminators

We are looking to hire a full‑time Pest Control Technician - Termite to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. This position is paid at an hourly rate.

As a Termite Service Professional, you start your route each day with enthusiasm. You determine the prescribed treatment as marked on the inspection graph and specification sheet, prepare site areas for treatment by removing and hauling off debris as prescribed, and apply the required wood‑destroying organism treatments.

When on the job you will install Termite bait stations, trench and apply liquid treatments to exterior or crawl‑space perimeters, drill and apply liquid treatments to void spaces or blocks in crawl spaces and structures, and spray application of product to affected areas. You maintain a calm, helpful demeanor, keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition, collect payments, and answer customer questions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency‑required licensing/certification exams.
• Availability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary! We will train the right person.
